Quantatively by author

By author - in the order of how many books by the author you own. Top left, authors by whom you own one book - bottom right, authors you are nuts about (and who have written a lot).

I would suggest bunching pseudonyms together as one author - it's not very poststructuralist of me, but what author order is?

I tried this. My main problem with it was not - although it was a concern - that so many of my darlings were hidden away in the bottom right. My main problem was that it was too symmetric, particularly the bottom shelves (duh):
One good thing is that it made me finally realize that I should avoid author orders...
